A Durham native, Julian has a passion for negotiating and representing his clients’ best interests in each and every transaction. He’s been serving his clients’ real estate needs in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area for more than 20 years. Julian has a lot of energy and prefers a fast paced environment. Collaborating with his clients, Julian can problem solve difficult issues that may come up in a real estate transaction. Away from real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He’s been married to Cathy for more than 30 years and has three grown children: Cobey, Davis, and Elizabeth.
