We put Nest agents’ trusted area expertise front and center to help clients prepare for the spring market.
Nest agents are local experts on their markets and communities, so we leveraged their knowledge to share local recommendations with their clients. Agents offered either home maintenance tips for their local spring market or springtime activities in their area.
Sent through our Friends of Nest program, the list came as a perforated section of a trifold card. The magnet, which agents customized, was designed specifically to hold the list up wherever clients put it.
We know, a refrigerator magnet may not be the most progressive marketing tactic, so we vowed not to create any old magnet. Through thoughtful design, we elevated this traditional promo item to add real value to our clients. And by offering helpful information along with it, we made sure Nest agents stayed top-of-mind (and top-of-fridge).
