NEST Magazine is a beautifully designed and professionally curated 58-page magazine. Although the semi-annual publication is created with a national audience in mind, each issue is customized for our regional offices across seven states. For the past decade, it has delighted clients through incredible photography, design insights, home decorating and entertaining tips, and much more, helping people make their house a home.
NEST Magazine is a gift to our clients. Produced and designed completely in-house, we are able to interweave the story of Nest alongside interior design stories, helpful home maintenance tips, local business profiles, trend alerts, and shopping guides.

NEST Magazine has been unanimously named by our agents as their favorite part of the Friends of Nest program, with 75% saying it is their most valuable piece of marketing each year. Upon the release of each issue, we also create and distribute complimentary social media graphics, digital articles (blogs), and related content and assets to support Nest agents as they market to their sphere.
Since this free publication is a gift to our clients, it features zero advertisements, allowing our editorial team the freedom to write about the products and places they truly love. Each issue of NEST Magazine has an overarching theme, such as “Color Theory” or “Keep it Cozy,” allowing us to dig deep into a particular topic, unveiling helpful and practical advice for our clients. No matter the theme, each issue features some well-loved recurring articles like “Ask a Nester,” “Local Love,” “House Tours,” and “Curb Appeal.”
