Paper Winter Village

Our winter Friends of Nest mailers are festive, fun, and thoughtful. Oftentimes, the mailer also includes a quick activity that can be done solo or with family. This holiday mailer featured a folded card with four unique designs. Each card option was designed to feel like a house in winter in all of our different Nest locations. Inside the card was a die-cut paper house that could be popped up into a 3D free-standing house.
Each card design illustrated a festive wintery home, with various architectural style options available for our agents to choose from. Along with their photo and contact information, agents could also customize the message inside the card to send to their clients.
To create these adorable paper houses, we partnered with the creative minds (and paper experts) at Hooray Paper. Based on the unique and beautiful stationery and paper products they design themselves, we knew they’d understand our vision and be great collaborators for this project.
Our friends of nest microsite that accompanied the mailer featured a cozy playlist for clients to listen to while they built and decorated their houses. Clients who shared their house(s) and used the hashtag #NestVillage had their posts shared on the microsite as well. We loved seeing all the unique home styles come to life!
This charming mailer helped Nesters spread merriment and cheer to each Nest village across the country.
