To help our agents share their appreciation with their clients, we curated cutting board gifts that agents could package and send to their clients with a personalized note. The cutting boards were nicely packaged in a branded box and paired with a customized card, designed by the agent. Agents were able to choose their preferred method of delivery: shipped directly to select clients’ homes, personally deliver them, or purchase in bulk to use as future closing gifts.
As always, our agents explored a variety of ways to personalize their gifts through their custom cards. From local recommendations for their new neighborhood to favorite recipes, each agent put their own spin on their card messages.
A stronger connection with clients was forged—whether the client bought or sold recently or years ago—the thoughtful gift went a long way to bolstering lasting relationships.
