To help our agents share their appreciation for their clients, we curated creative cutting board gifts that individuals could send to their clients with custom packaging and a personalized note. The cutting boards were nicely wrapped in a branded box and paired with a customized card, designed by each agent. Nesters were able to choose their preferred method of delivery: shipped directly to clients’ homes, personally delivered, or purchased in bulk for use as future, less customized closing gifts.
As always, our agents explored a variety of ways to personalize their gifts through their custom cards. From local recommendations for their new neighborhood to favorite recipes, each agent put their own spin on their card messages.
A stronger connection with clients was forged—whether the client bought or sold recently or years ago—the thoughtful gift went a long way to bolstering lasting relationships.
