Nest County Fair

We love showing appreciation to our flock, especially when it involves a good party.
We welcome thousands of our clients, friends and family members to the Nest County Fair every fall to enjoy delicious food, groovy tunes, and fun activities for kids of all ages. With an extra-hyper focus on local love, we welcome musicians, restaurants, artists, and other entrepreneurs from our areas to come out and join the fun, either as sponsors or vendors (or both!). We often donate proceeds of the event to local charities in an effort to keep the good vibes flowing through our communities even after the taps are emptied and tents come down.
At Nest, one of our core beliefs is that the moments matter (Need to see it to believe it? Check out our Moments Matter program!). We know that each Nest agent nurtures unique client relationships, and our job is to help nurture these relationships even after the real estate process has ended. We’ve found that it’s these thoughtful moments that can make the biggest impact, which is why we started throwing Nest County Fair in 2012. By throwing a great event, our agents are able to touch base with their clients and keep building those strong relationships. After all, we succeed when they succeed!
Nest County Fair was a blast! Our event went off without a hitch. County Fair was full of great food, live music, family photos, circus acts, and a huge kids game area, and our clients had a blast raising money for Boy's and Girl Haven with our pie-throwing event. Along with the actual party, Nesty County Fair comes with its fair share of hype-up marketing materials. From swag for the event itself, to napkins, signage, customizable invitations, and social media content for our agents, we try to think of everything. Each Nest office also gets to use the Nest County Fair (rebranded in 2021 with a refreshed look and feel!) to create their own branded materials.

We even launched our own internal website where Nest offices can quickly order Nest-branded essentials for throwing an awesome party at the drop of a hat.
Some Nest County Fair events have taken slightly new approaches when we couldn’t celebrate in person. We pivoted and created Nest County Fair in a Box, which included many of the elements that make the event so great for clients to take and enjoy safely at home.
